Because we sell consumable, smokeable, and sealed products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Cannagars
Blunt cigars
Joint cigars
Mini cigars
Pre rolls
Flower
Sampler packs or bundles
This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement item
Store credit
A refund to the original payment method
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If you receive the wrong product, strain, or size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit when the error is confirmed.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

Contact the carrier directly
If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier inquiry when possible.
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Any promotional gifts or free items included with an order are not eligible for replacement or refund unless damaged during transit.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:
3–5 business days for processing on our end
Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
